Construction Site Injury & Wrongful Death

Construction companies are obligated to ensure their workers are adequately equipped and that the necessary procedures are in place to ensure their safety. When construction workers show up to a site, they expect to clock in and get the job done before returning home to their loved ones. While minor accidents can occur, there are other more serious incidents that are a result of pure negligence of a company, equipment manufacturer, or supervisors on the site, causing severe injury and even death for construction workers.

If you were severely injured or a loved one was killed as a result of an incident that occurred on a construction site, the Simpson Tuegel Law Firm is well equipped to represent you and fight for your well-deserved compensation and medical care, as well as ensure those responsible for you or a loved one’s injuries are held accountable.
